Safety is the main scope of EPC365 Engineering and Project Management Team. Verification of the Engineering is summarized with the following drivers:
- Design verification carried out jointly between Company, contractors and PMC OilPro.
- Appointment of a EPC365 Project Manager and Engineering Manager
- Common Electronic Document Management System utilized in all the work centers
- Common 3D Model set-up established by a common procedure among the work centers
- Issue of specific procedures to ensure that all local regulations are met with
- Engineering Schedule aligned with the overall schedule
- Development of engineering based on constructability studies and which emphasizes safety during construction.
- Execution of design and safety reviews including the electronic 3D Model review.
