Quality Plan
The Project Manager will issue the Project Quality Plan for inclusion in the Project Execution Plan, which will be issued within one (1) month after the effective date of the Project.  

The Project Quality Plan will define how the Project Quality Objectives will be achieved and ensure how the project requirements will be satisfied.  The plan will include details and references to procedures detailing how the Project Quality will be established to ensure compliance with EPC365 AURHORITY requirements as set out in the Project documents. 

Project organization
Immediately after the effective date, the Project Taskforce will be established and prepare its organization chart.  The Project Taskforce organization shows the reporting line between Project QA Manager and PMC OilPro  Quality Assurance Manager.


Document control 
The documents to be prepared for the WORK, (so called Project documents), will be registered during the project initial period in EPC365 workspace, 
The document authorization including CONTRACTING AURHORITY acceptance and approval will be registered and controlled in EPC365. 

Engineering and design control
The Engineering Manager will establish and maintain documented procedures to control and verify the design of the WORK in order to ensure PMC OilPro  AURHORITY’s requirements are met.  Discipline design engineering groups will implement their design and engineering work in accordance with the PMC OilPro ’s Quality Manual, Project Quality Plan of the WORK and related project specific procedures. The Engineering Manager will prepare the specific Engineering Execution Plan for the design implementation.  Each discipline manager in charge of a design work area, in conjunction with the lead discipline engineer, will prepare the specific Work Execution Plan for their discipline’s design engineering work. 

Design review
The systematic reviews of design will be performed in accordance with the Engineering Execution Plan and Work Execution Plan of the design disciplines. 


Design verification and Approval
To ensure that design deliverables satisfy the project requirements, design engineering disciplines will carry out design verification, record the results and the actions taken, and maintain records of such verification.Especially, the Engineering Manager will establish and maintain a documented procedure to control equipment and material, to identify factors critical to project success in the areas of safety, regulatory requirement and its compliance, economy, schedule, operability and reliability. 


Design changes
During the engineering works, design changes may be caused by deviations, EPC365 AURHORITY comments, PMC OilPro ’s internal review comments, vendor information and design reviews such as HAZOP, 3D Model Review, Value Improvement, etc.
Changes to the Design, will be documented and implemented in accordance with the project procedures, “Engineering Execution Plan” and “Change Order Authorization and Control Procedure”, which will be prepared by the Engineering Manager. When any significant design changes have occurred, design reviews will be carried out as necessary.  Records of the review results and necessary actions will be kept. 


Qualification of Vendor’s and Subcontractor’s QA system
vendors and subcontractors for the WORK will be selected in one of the two following ways.

  • For known Vendors/Subcontractors, reconfirm that the QA/QC procedures continue to be in line with EPC365 ’s requirements and meet all CONTRACTING AURHORITY requirements.
  • In the case of new Vendors/Subcontractors, confirm whether the QA/QC system can be meet EPC365 AURHORITY’s requirements


Procurement Control
The Project Procurement Manager will establish and maintain documented procedures to control and verify the procurement activities of the WORK in order to ensure CONTRACTING AURHORITY’s requirements are met. The Project Procurement Manager will prepare the specific Procurement Plan for the procurement implementation in accordance with the PMC OilPro ’s Quality Manual, Project Quality Plan of the WORK and related project specific procedures.

 Audit of Vendor and Subcontractor

Quality Assurance Vendor and Subcontractor Audits are planned and conducted to ensure Vendor and Subcontractor activities affecting quality comply with all project requirements. The Quality Assurance Manager will prepare the project specification “External Audit Program”.

Quality Audits
Project quality audits will be conducted by the Project Quality Assurance Manager. The auditors assigned by the Project Quality Assurance Manager from a list of “Qualification of PMC OilPro QMS Auditors” maintained by quality assurance section of EPC365  in accordance with the EPC365 ’s standard procedure, and project specifications, External QA Audit Program, and Project Audit Plan.
The Project Quality Assurance Manager will establish a Project Audit Plan, approved by the Project Manager, to ensure that all requirements of the Project Quality Plan are being carried out in a timely manner.
The results of the audits will be notified to the managers and discipline lead engineers of the audited project groups.  Where any corrective actions have been deemed necessary, the manager or the discipline lead engineer of the audited group will implement corrective actions in accordance with the instruction by the Project Manager.
The results of audits will be reported to the Project Manager and a copy will be submitted to the auditor and PMC OilPro ’s QSE Office Senior Manager.

Control of Nonconforming Product and Process
The Project Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for implementing nonconformance management.
The Project Quality Assurance Manager will establish and maintain documented procedures to control nonconforming product and process in order to ensure EPC365  AURHORITY’s requirements are met.

Our Quality Management System (QMS) defines our approach to the management of all aspects of our work, including the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental aspects.EPC365'S QMS is documented in a Quality Manual. 
PMC oilPro’s work will be planned, implemented and checked in accordance with the Quality Manual.  To satisfy the Project requirements, PMC OilPro will plan and develop the processes needed for the execution of the WORK. 
In planning the execution of this work, EPC365 will determine the following:

  • Project Quality Objectives and specific requirements of the WORK
  • The need to establish processes, documents, and provide resources to the WORK
  • The verification, validation, monitoring, and inspection and test activities, (including acceptance criteria), specific to the WORK
  • The records needed to provide evidence that the Project processes and resulting products meet QMS requirements.
  • The planning will be documented in the WORK Project Quality Plan, which will be approved by the Project Manager. Project
