Description:
Through several practical examples of HSE Management system, you will learn about the practical techniques for planning, implementing and monitoring effective HSE management system. This includes:

• How to identify HSE elements and activities that are effective for managing risk and controlling loss, and which provide a basis for continuous improvement
  
• How to apply professional management principles and techniques to design, develop and implement 
  
• comprehensive safety systems
  

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will understand and be able to demonstrate:

• HSE Policy, HSEMS Structure,
  
• Hierarchy of documents, Responsibilities, Elements and Expectations of HSEMS,
